Wow, we really closed!
Patti, I have to admit that I had begun to worry about selling our condominium. But when things began to happen, they really did. Real Estate is so unpredictable.
I would like to thank you for all of your efforts. I know that condos aren't the easiest properties to market on the lake. But, it did Sell!! Over the last two years I've been through the process of liquidating a commercial/industry real estate company. In the process, I've been through a lot of escrows. This was just about the easiest transaction that I've had. You kept on top of the whole selling process and made it happen. You've been a real "pro" throughout this process. On top of making things happen and following up on details to make things easy for us, your wonderful sparkling personality has always brightened my day.
